Pricing and pilots

ExamDoc is licensed per school, per year. Pilots in this winter's mock exams are free.

Pricing

  • One licence per school, per year.
  • Schools buy by purchase order, and we invoice.
  • Prices are still being set.

Start a pilot

Pilots in the 2026–27 mock season, November to January, are free. ExamDoc is new: pilots are where it is first used in real exam rooms, and what pilot schools tell us decides what we fix and build next. We are looking for a small number of schools.

To start, write to us: [contact email to be added]

Tell us which devices your candidates use (Chromebooks, Windows laptops or others), roughly how many candidates type their exams, and when your mocks are.

What a pilot involves

  1. Data protection first. We send your data-protection officer our privacy notice, data-processing agreement and data protection impact assessment, before any candidate's details are stored.
  2. Your exams officer sets the school up at app.examdoc.co.uk/admin, invites the invigilators and IT, and sets up the mock sessions and their candidates.
  3. Your IT locks the devices down with our guides for Chromebooks or Windows laptops, and runs the fifteen-minute check on one device first. The guides have not yet been tried on a real device, so what your IT finds matters.
  4. You run the mocks with ExamDoc: candidates join with the session code, invigilators run the room from their own laptop or phone, and the exams officer downloads the scripts afterwards.
  5. You tell us what worked, what didn't, and what you needed that wasn't there.

Before any of that, anyone can try the candidate's side with no account: open ExamDoc.
